Great playlist, Kit! The only title I would add is "Imagine." But my musical taste runs to the classical for the most part, so my own playlist would contain things like the final movement of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony (Schiller's "Ode to Joy") and any number of happy drinking songs from various operas. Can you tell I'm glad this interminable elction season is finally over?
Good to see you in Portland last month!
Lolly
Thanks, Lolly. Yes, "Imagine" would be perfect. An earlier version of the playlist did have a couple of classical pieces (Handel's "La Réouissance" and a peppy trumpet voluntary) but they didn't make the final cut ... which I blame entirely on Todd.
Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing you & Jody in December! xx Elise
Thanks Elise. The feeling is mutual; plus I'm getting a new hip tomorrow so maybe I can test it out in the city with you guys.
